Our Location
We are conveniently located on the border of Melbourne and Palm Bay. We share an office with Wickham Realty in the south end of Stack Plaza, off of Palm Bay Road between Babcock and Dairy.
Owned and managed by Francis Williams and Kathleen Koller, we are a full-service mortgage brokerage business. We have four full-time brokers and six part-time, so there is always someone available to give you the personal attention you deserve. We pride ourselves on providing superior customer service and looking out for the best interests of our clients.
Our Experience
In addition to over 15 years of combined experience in the mortgage industry, we have real estate sales experience, too. So, we can work effectively with real estate agents to ensure expedient and hassle-free closings. Also, we are sticklers for continuous education and adherence to state and federal regulations.
Because we are more interested in building client relationships than we are in closing deals, our rates and broker fees are fair and fully disclosed -- no surprises at the closing table. With access to a wide range of wholesale lenders, we can beat the rates that you will get when working directly with lenders offering retail rates.
